About Us

An attorney-client relationship in a family law case is more than a matter of the lawyer’s technical competence. Family law deals with deeply personal areas. Your attorney needs to have a firm and subtle grasp of family dynamics and emotional issues. When I work with you, I am mindful that we are working with your primary relationships: your family, your work, your finances, your property, and your personal safety. By taking full account of your situation, I use all the appropriate means that are available through the law to help you get your best results. Handled properly, legal solutions to family issues can open the door to a whole new life.

Firm Approach

I have developed my law practice to serve people who are going through major family transitions. I have personally handled hundreds of family law cases. No two cases have been the same. Some were very simple and straight forward, not needing much legal work to achieve good results. Others have been very complicated and challenging. My experience provides a solid foundation to work effectively in family law utilizing a full range of approaches:

  • Advice and Consultation
  • Direct Negotiation
  • Mediation
  • Collaborative Law
  • Arbitration
  • Litigation (Trial Practice in Court)
  • Appeals

As a solo attorney with an experienced and dedicated support staff, my services are customized to your needs.  I work effectively with families from all economic and social strata and in a full range of diversities throughout my professional career.  Over the decades I have developed a large professional network of experts and specialists in disciplines such as business valuation, forensic accounting, retirement plan and pension valuation, real estate appraisal, psychological assessment, parenting evaluations and related legal domains. If specialized services are appropriate to your case, I know when and how to engage them.

My clients have my personal commitment to their best results. As your attorney, I will work closely with you to find legal solutions that are economical and practical for you and for your family.
